    Various wellbeing workshops, based on Positive Psychology.

    I weave in human centered design thinking skills to ensure knowledge attained can be practically applied by each participant.

    All workshops come with a digital playbook – a coaching resource that aids the embedding of workshop learnings and participant application. Participants can use this resource pre/during/post the workshop.

  • Project RECONNECT: Keynotes & Workshops & Coaching

    Low engagement can thwart your culture. The path to a psychologically safe and connected team starts with the Leader understanding their neurobiology and their impact.

    The psychosocial risk of workplace isolation refers to a situation where employees feel disconnected, excluded, or socially distant from their colleagues and the broader organisational environment.

    There is a need to focus on the employee experience and re-set the employee - employer relationship and level of mutual trust.
