I weave in human centered design thinking skills to ensure knowledge attained can be practically applied by each participant.

All workshops come with a digital playbook – this is a coaching resource that aids the embedding of workshop learnings and participant application. Participants can use this resource pre/during/post the workshop.

  1. Project RECONNECT - a neurobiological approach to connection and engagement

For leaders to build their skills in fostering psychologically safe and connected teams.

Quality connections in the workplace are a stress buffer & protective factor against Psychosocial Hazards. Project RECONNECT is a neurobiological approach to building quality connections and having quality conversations in a psychologically safe environment.

Learning outcomes: Leaders are offered the knowledge and evidence-based strategies to help create and maintain quality connections to support wellbeing at work.

2.      Wellbeing for working parents

Fostering the wellbeing of working parents both in the workplace and at home through the CALMER Parent Wellbeing Model.

Learning Outcomes: These helpful strategies aim to strengthen the ecosystem everyone (parents and children) comes home to each night in order to recharge.

  • Appreciate why parent mental distress is on the rise and how family-work conflict is one of the major causes,

  • Share strategies for parents to be their best selves and strengthen the ecosystem everyone comes home to,

  • Discuss six pillars to CALMER parent wellbeing – Compassion, Action, Learning, Mindfulness, Enjoyment and Relationships.

3.      Mindfulness & Self-compassion

Developing psychological flexibility to help respond effectively to stress. Respond with mindfulness and compassion.

Learning Outcomes: Offers a neurobiological perspective on our stress response and provides science-backed research and strategies to help the participants respond more effectively to stress with Mindfulness and Compassion.

·         Closing our stress cycle through ACT Mindfulness and Compassion,

·         Applying Tiny Habits to make the daily tweaks for more mindfulness and compassion.
