Project RECONNECT
Boost the employee experience,
a neurobiological approach.
“When employees strongly agree that they trust the leadership of their organization, they are 4x as likely to be engaged.”
Gallop’s State of the Global Workplace: 2023 Report
So many of us are stressed out, disengaged and experience a lack of psychological safety, belonging and connection with each other and ourselves.
What can we do? We start with ourselves. We check in with our own nervous system, a regulated system will enable positive relationships and engagement in our work. Secondly, we need to look at building intentional connections across geographic and generational boundaries in order to foster a sense of mutual trust and belonging.
When employees feel isolated and lonely, it’s associated with worse performance at work and related absenteeism costs US employers $154 billion annually.
People join Organisations and leave people.
Working with leaders and teams to foster social connection at work through The ART of Connection Model, that is grounded in positive psychology, will increase trust, employee workplace satisfaction and performance, and overall feelings of wellbeing and life fulfilment.
"We need to prioritize our social relationships like our life depends on it, because it does.”
Dr. Julianne Holt-Lunstad
